Return conditions for goods of appropriate quality

The return and exchange of goods of appropriate quality is carried out within 14 days from the day of confirmation of the order at the expense of the buyer in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".

The return should be sent to the address Kyiv region, village Kotsyubynske, str. Zaliznychna, 1, Ukraine, 08298 (5 km from Akademmistechko). In the name of Boychenko Maksym.

The product to be returned must be of appropriate quality, namely:

 - absence of signs of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.

 - the product packaging is preserved and undamaged,

 - all labels and factory markings are preserved,

 - preserved consumer qualities of the product,

 - full equipment,

 - there are no mechanical damages,

 - no traces of use.

When returning the product, the client pays for the delivery.

Refunds are made within 1-5 working days from the moment of receipt of the returned goods.

According to the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories indicated in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, which are not subject to return and exchange.
